Initial sessions are 1 hour and follow up sessions are 30 minutes based upon need. Phone consults are also available for those that live outside the Roanoke Valley. Packages and gift certificates are and non-refundable and non-transferable and must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase date.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us a 24 hour notice, or you may be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you give us no notice, you will be charge a $40.00 no show fee. Thank you for your consideration of our time and scheduling challenges.
