NUTRITION CLASSES Eat For Life classes are offered throughout the year and provide education, motivation and accountability in a support group setting. Each class includes pH testing and weigh-ins. For more information about a particular class, click the appropriate link, and you will be brought to a description of that class. Cost per person: $20.00 per 1 hour class. Discounts are available for the purchase of a series.

COOKING CLASSES Eat For Life is happy to announce we are moving our cooking classes to Foodies! Foodies boasts a state of the art kitchen and fun learning environment. Get ready to heat up the kitchen this summer with Eat for Life's Green Thursday and Lil' Chef cooking classes! Cost per Person: $45.00 per 2 hour class.

Kids' Nutrition Classes

Your children will learn the difference between simple and complex cards, healthy fats vs. unhealthy ones, what a protein is and the best sources.
